En août 2012, Fox International Channels (FIC) a acquis une participation de 51% dans Eredivisie Media [&] Marketing CV (EMM).
Historique : Acquisition en 1998 de 50% du groupe anglais Broadcast Communications (GMG Endemol). Le groupe néerlandais Endemol qui est passé (15/05/2000) sous la coupe du géant espagnol Telefonica (propriétaire à 75%) , est entré à hauteur de 50% dans la société suisse Bichsel et Burger (production de divertissement) qui a été baptisée B[&]B Endemo

TVBV is the production of Jeroen Pauw which focuses on programs in the

Peacock (co-production), Jinek, good morning Netherlands and programs
Freek Vonk.

Human Factor
Endemol has an interest in Human Factor Television Productions, which
produces a variety of programs for both public and commercial
broadcasters.
Human Factor specializes in infotainment, entertainment,
talk shows, virals, current affairs and sponsored programs, such as
Koefnoen Sunday with Lubach and different formats with Guido Weijers.
