PARLUX Entertainment is introducing primarily American and other English-language movies to the Hungarian audience. We are distributing approximately fifteen movies per year theatrically. Our team is composed of already active players of the industry. Our activity will be particularly marked in the social media and we intend to use the opportunities which buzz-marketing techniques could offer in distribution. In addition to film distribution, we offer sales and communications consulting.
We wish to pay particular attention to the so called crossover cinema as a new international trend. We would like to become the ambassador to Hungary of the crossover movies. (The term crossover cinema means works which bear the same distinctive mark of their creator, but are aimed at the attention of the wider public.)
