The history of MK Media Group has started in 2008 when the parent company MK-Distribution was founded.
After a few years of work MK-Distribution gained trust of partners and
signed the contracts with foreign channels, platforms, aggregators,
distributors selling national and international content abroad (Europe,
Asia, Africa, North America).
In 2012 MK-Distribution founded the production studio, now called MeetMinds Studio and Footagestore.net (library of footages).
Since 2014 MK Media Group has been running its own digital magazine
SSTRNews (now MediaOwl) with online publications and print versions
distributed at TV markets. Since 2017 it is an online media platform for
news about media from all over the world keeping focus on Ukraine, CIS,
MENA, Asia and Latin America.
There are two main ideas for all branches of MK Media Group. The first one is a friendship with its own story that we aim to build with each partner we cooperate. It is fundamental for every relationship we have. We like to be always new, interesting and helpful for our friends. The second extremely important concept for MK are Stories. They are raised from ideas, experience and dreams, converted in various programs that are produced and co-produced to become alive.
TV Markets
MK Media Group takes an active part in international television markets: Mipcom, MipTV, MipDoc, ATF Singapore, Rio Content Market, Discop Africa, Discop Istanbul, Natpe, Kiev Media Week, World Content Market and others.
