The 62nd Krakow Film Festival (62nd KFF) will be held in a hybrid formula from 29 May to 5 June 2022 in cinemas and from 3 to 12 June 2022 online at VOD platform www.krakowfilmfestival.pl. The festival aims to review and promote documentary films, short animations and fiction films. The films are screened in both competitive and non-competitive sections.
DEADLINES FOR SUBMISSIONS
- International Competitions:
– 30 November 2021: for films made prior to 31 October 2021,
– 31 January 2022: for films made after 31 October 2021.
- National Competition:
– 30 November 2021: for films made prior to 31 October 2021,
– 15 February 2022: for films made after 31 October 2021.
SUBMISSIONS
- Films should be submitted for selection in the following way:
– by completing an online entry form available at krakowfilmfestival.pl,
– by sending a nonpublic or private link to the film, with or without a password, with unlimited access, not restricted by time or territory (e.g. Vimeo, YouTube, etc.) or by uploading an MP4 or MOV file to the festival server. During the process of selection, the passwords cannot be changed.
- The links which require downloading a file such as WeTransfer, MyAirBridge, etc., will not be accepted.
- Technical details related to the file or a link sent shall be provided in the online entry form.
- NOTE: the film must be delivered not later than 7 days after its online registration.
