Découvrir les derniers chefs d'œuvres de l'animation présentés en sélection officielle, plonger au cœur de la création avec les séances de Work in progress, making of et les rencontres avec les équipes de film, repérer les nouvelles tendances, trouver des partenaires à ses projets et surtout multiplier les rencontres, les échanges et les contacts, c'est ce qui fait la richesse et la pertinence de ce rendez-vous.
Dans une ambiance à la fois conviviale et studieuse, les professionnels du monde entier ont plaisir à se retrouver. Notamment au Mifa, le Marché international du film d'animation, où la participation française à augmenté de 40 % en cinq ans, au Carrefour de la création (à la recherche de jeunes talents) ou encore pendant les conférences, tous organisés en parallèle au Festival.
